Description

Among the most famous designs created by Danish modernists, this three-legged Lounge Chair almost fell into obscurity. Originally produced in 1963, it was discontinued after a few limited series. In 1997, the production of the chair was re-launched and became a hit with the public. It is crafted from solid oak with a lacquer finish.

Mid-Century Stylish Shell Chair: Tripod's arching curves and exaggerated seat lines like a wing or a smile each lounge chair comes with floor protection mats on the legs. Triple sanded wood for the smoothest possible surfaces; 5 individual coats of PU-cured hard polyurethane finish resists wear and scratches. Every detail has been meticulously considered to ensure superior quality and longevity.

Padded Solid Wood Chair: Premier replica of the original classic design, shell chair. The well-engineered solid wood and enhanced PU leather perfectly restore the masterpiece and also prevent the chair from scratch.

Ergonomic Design: The design doesn't sacrifice function and comfort. Comes with 3 legged tripod design and dense foam, it provides the best sitting experience. 37cm seat-to-floor height has been proven to be the most comfortable sitting position. You can easily lean forward to chat with family or layback to enjoy an immersive reading.
