Great Customer Support - Quality as expected

Everything came in perfect shape, except that the partition board was slightly shorter than I expected (bit rattling when moving the trolley). Upon discussion with the CS team, they quickly sent me a replacement board free of charge, and I'm now happy with the whole package.
