Just surprised that the delivery wasn’t unpacked for us. Once we did unpack, the top back corner looks like the nail was pushed too hard and made the connection. Of the wood uneven. Since it’s on the back though, it’s no biggie. Overall, the quality is good and it looks gorgeous in our foyer. Also, the delivery was earlier than expected. Thank you!

I like the design but one of the doors is missing holes to property mount the plates and screws together. Halted assembly with pending correct replacement door. An email to customer service was sent yesterday, pending response back.
Its nice but not for large shoes.
